Kelly Rogers, PhD is a Clinical Research Data Specialist in the CIBS Center Data Management Core. She received her PhD in Molecular Physiology from Vanderbilt University where her research focused on the neuroendocrine regulation of energy balance and the molecular pathogenesis of diet-induced obesity. Following her biomedical research, Kelly pursued a career as an educator teaching K-12 for 8yrs and specializing in the sciences. She earned an Associate Data Scientist certification in 2024 to pursue her passion for transforming complex data into insightful information. In her current role, she is excited to leverage her scientific research background and analytical skills to further the goals of the CIBS center and improve the lives of people affected by critical illness.
