Dr. Su is an Assistant Professor at the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and an investigator with the Vanderbilt's Center for Critical Illness, Brain Dysfunction and Survivorship. Her research aims to improve ICU survivors’ functional outcomes as well as recovery after critical illness, with a special focus on return to work. Her current research is exploring how individual, interpersonal relationship, community, and societal factors interact to promote or prohibit returning to work for ICU survivors, emphasizing social determinants of health.
