Diane Haddad, MD
General Surgery Resident
Diane Haddad is a current General Surgery Resident and post-doctoral Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She received her BS in Molecular Genetics and minor in Arabic at the Ohio State University. She completed her MD at Boston University and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed a Doris Duke International Clinical Research Fellowship in South Africa examining barriers to prenatal care from 2013-2014. She started her General Surgery Residency in 2015 and is currently a MPH Candidate in the Health Policy Track at the Vanderbilt School of Public Health. She has plans to pursue further training in trauma and surgical critical care and is interested in building more equitable healthcare systems.
