Laural Barkley, MSW

Laural Barkley, CMSW is a Research Analyst II with the Division of Allergy, Pulmonary and Critical Care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Union University, and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Memphis.  She works with the team as an in-home trainer/tester with the Neuropsychologist. Ms. Barkley primary role is in a pilot RCT investigation delivering physical, cognitive and functional in-home rehabilitation to patients after critical illness.  Her role involves going into the home of patients involved in this study to deliver the intervention to the patients.
